Quiche Recipe – 200g flour 100g cold butter, 1 egg yolk, salt, 3 onions, 200 g bacon, 1 tablespoon neutral oil, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 4 eggs (size M), 200 g cream, 200 ml milk, pepper, grated nutmeg

For the pastry flour cut seven, the butter into cubes. Both with the egg yolk, 3-5 tablespoons cold water and salt and knead quickly into a medium-stiff dough, wrap in plastic wrap and 30 min. Let it rest in the refrigerator.

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Cut the bacon into cubes. Heat oil in a large frying pan, bacon and onions over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Sauté, stirring frequently and add the cumin to the end. The onion-bacon mixture from the pan.

Preheat the oven to 200 °, interpret the springform pan with parchment paper. Roll out dough on a floured work surface and place it into the mold, sculpt a 4 cm high rim. Spread the bacon-onion on the dough.
